We have designed this website with our customers in mind. We have tried to have as much information as possible so all answers to every question that we have been asked over the past 20 years have been addressed.

Our range covers all vehicles and all price ranges, if you can't find a product to suit you on this website, chances are you just won't find one.

To give you a guide, first choose the style of monitor that best suits you. When choosing your monitor please consider the mounting options, would you prefer to have it mounted to your dash, to your roof, or to your existing rear view mirror. Choosing your camera is much easier because all styles of cameras are available with most kits.

We have distributors and/or fitters all over Australia and if you are looking for one that is close to you, then please send an email with your location. If we do not have a distributor in your area you can purchase direct from our head office and any Automotive Electrician can fit our products very easily.

About Us.

SVS Australia is wholly Australian owned and operated.

Daniel Groves who is the owner of SVS Australia has been involved with Reversing Camera systems since 1989. He started as an Automotive Electrician at Regal Auto Electrical in Preston, Victoria and went on to purchase this company in 1996. Daniel owned and operated Regal Auto Electrics until April 2002 where he sold this business and started solely concentrating on the Reversing Camera products. There is no one in Australia that can match his experience with these products

Daniel says,“ We have the biggest customer base in Australia for reversing cameras. Our retail customers recommend us to their friends because of the great service that we give with every sale”. Also, “Our commercial end users recommend us because of the reliability that our products have on heavy machinery and our excellent knowledge and understanding of their needs”.

SVS Australia is the only supplier of reversing cameras in this country that offers a complete range of products, from Cars and 4WD’s to Earth Moving and Mining Equipment. Our product range starts with a 3” Mini monitor kit and goes through to a Heavy Duty 7” monitor kit that can have up to 4 cameras. We are always looking to better our range wherever possible and our new products that are in this catalogue will once again be the envy of the industry and will put us further in front of our competitors.

Another reason that we are the clear market leader in this industry is that we have a very strong belief, and that is, sell a better product for less rather than sell a lesser product for more. This means that when we look for new products we don’t ask about pricing until we are completely satisfied with quality. If the better product costs more then we are always prepared to make less profit. Some of our competitors will just go looking for a product within a certain price range, regardless of the quality. This results in a high failure rate. We visit all of our suppliers every year and we check quality control and assembly procedures. Every product that we sell we have seen being manufactured, we see exactly how each product gets assembled. We believe that this is the only way that we can be completely satisfied and have 100% confidence when selling our products.

All of our products have to pass our own high standard of testing and are fully backed by warranty, 12 - 24 months.

All of our products are C-Tick approved (N15473). Every company that sells CCTV kits and/or Reversing Camera Kits must have a C-Tick approval number. Each product must have a test folder. The company that imports that product must have this approval and folder by law. For further information about this go to www.acma.gov.au.

On the 1st of January 2009 LED Technologies purchased SVS Australia.

LED Technologies are designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative and world class solid state lighting products for all markets such as automotive, marine, commercial, industrial and the housing industry.
