Warranty terms and conditions
Please be aware of our strict policy regarding warranty on all our products. We offer a 12 month repair or replacement warranty on all our products for any fault resulting in manufacturing quality.
The warranty does not cover freight charges and costs incurred with labour to remove faulty parts.
All products must be returned to the SVS Australia Head Office in Thomastown for inspection. All items are tested and dismantled for a final inspection before warranty is granted.
Under no circumstances will we differ from the above for any and all warranty issues.
All products should be inspected by very carefully before being returned to our Head Office.

This is an SVS-270 Underwater Camera. It was sent back to us because the camera (image 2) filled with water. When the camera arrived in our office, the first thing we noticed was this damaged cable(image 1).

As you can see this camera has significant water damage and was still half full of water when it arrived in our office.
This is an SVS-207 Monitor that was returned after 2 weeks. As you will see this has an extremely bad burn mark. After contacting the fitter, it was found that the cables had been damaged and the fuse had been changed to a higher Amp Rating.

This is an SVS-205 Monitor that was returned to us after only being fitted for one day. As you will see this electronic component has been burnt beyond repair.
After contacting the fitter, we had found out that the fuse kept on blowing and after the fourth fuse was fitted, smoke was noticed coming from the screen.
We asked the fitter to check the cables, and it was found that the cable had been damaged during fitment.
