While we pride ourselves on low warranty claims...the necessity does arise to contact us for a warranty issue. Please be aware most warranties are user/installer related and fail due to poor fitment, abuse or misuse - so please take a little extra time to ensure this was not the case before moving forward.
Please be aware of our strict policy regarding warranty on all our products. We offer a 12, 24 or 36 month (range dependent) repair or replacement warranty on all our products for any fault resulting in manufacturing quality.
Warranty does not cover freight charges and costs incurred with labour to remove faulty parts.
All products must be returned to the SVS Australia Head Office for inspection. All items are tested and dismantled for a final inspection before warranty is granted.
Under no circumstances will we differ from the above for any and all warranty issues.
All products should be inspected very carefully before being returned to our Head Office to ensure there is no user incurred damage through misuse or abuse.

examples of warranty issues
This is an SVS-205 Monitor that was returned to us after only being fitted for one day. As you will see this electronic component has been burnt beyond repair.
After contacting the fitter, we had found out that the fuse kept on blowing and after the fourth fuse was fitted, smoke was noticed coming from the screen. We asked the fitter to check the cables, and it was found that the cable had been damaged during fitment. |
